1. Account Registration & Security

To access courses and interactive learning features, you must register for a student account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• Promptly notify Aleida Education of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials or allow any third party to access the platform using your credentials. Each account is strictly for individual student use.

2. Course Enrollment, Access & Digital License

Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation (including authorized Cash on Delivery verification), Aleida Education grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and participate in the enrolled courses for your personal, non-commercial education.

• Course access durations (e.g., lifetime or fixed duration) are specified on the individual course page.
• Aleida Education reserves the right to update curriculum, lectures, reading materials, or quizzes to ensure relevance and alignment with current standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on the platform—including video lectures, presentations, documents, quizzes, code samples, graphics, and course text—are the exclusive intellectual property of Aleida Education Pvt. Ltd and its licensors.

4. Quizzes, Assignments & Certification

Our courses include quizzes, assessments, and assignments designed to evaluate your learning progress:

• Academic Integrity: All quiz submissions and assessments must represent your own authentic work. Plagiarism or use of automated answering tools will result in disqualification.
• Passing Criteria: Certificates of completion are awarded only to students who fulfill all course requirements, including passing grades on quizzes and completion of designated modules.
• Verification: Issued certificates carry unique verification IDs and may be validated by institutions or prospective employers through Aleida Education.

5. Payments, Fees & Taxes

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Payment must be made through approved channels (digital payment gateways or authorized Cash on Delivery). Aleida Education reserves the right to modify course fees at any time, but price changes will not affect active enrollments.

6. Code of Conduct

All students and users are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. You agree not to:

• Harass, defame, threaten, or discriminate against fellow students, instructors, or staff.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or interfere with LMS security and infrastructure.
• Use the course discussion forums or review systems for advertising, spam, or unsolicited promotions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aleida Education provides educational content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy and quality, we make no guarantees that completion of any course guarantees employment, promotion, or specific financial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleida Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kottayam, Kerala, India.
